Reports that tell you what to do next

Every Monday, one email with the week across your websites and three things to do. Agencies get branded client reports.

The weekly email: the website that needs a look and this week’s to-do list
01

The week in numbers

Clicks, impressions, fixes, AI mentions, top-10 keywords and backlinks, versus last week.

Six numbers for the week, each with its change from last week
02

Day by day, and what moved

Daily search clicks next to last week, plus what rose and fell.

Search clicks by day for this week and the week before, and what went up and down
03

Every website, with its icon

One line per website; the ones that need a look come first.

Every website with its icon, score, clicks and impressions, and the change for each
04

AI mentions

How often AI answers named you, and two questions worth a look.

The AI mentions part of the weekly email: how often you were named, and two questions
05

Outreach

New sites worth asking for a link, and who now links to you.

The Outreach part of the weekly email: new targets, sites that now link to you, and the best two
06

Keywords and content ideas

Keywords near page one, and topics where competitors rank and you do not.

The keywords part of the weekly email: a keyword that moved up and a content idea
07

Done for you, short when quiet

Fixed and rechecked issues. Each part shows only when it has news.

The done-for-you part of the weekly email: changes written to WordPress and the week’s checks
08

Every email in one place

Weekly emails, client reports and team alerts; each person picks their own.

Settings → Reports and emails: tabs for weekly emails, client reports and team alerts, and each weekly email with a preview and an on or off switch
09

Client reports with your logo

A weekly email and monthly PDF per client, in their language, with your branding.

A monthly client report: average score, open issues, verified fixes and search clicks, then each website
10

Preview first, client can unsubscribe

Preview or send yourself a test. Every client email has an unsubscribe link.

Reports for one client: contact address, report language, a switch for the weekly email and the monthly PDF, previews and test sends
11

Download a PDF or CSV any time

A PDF report or CSV per website or client, for 7, 28 or 90 days.

Reports: pick a website, a file and a period, then download
12

Your own reports, via API and MCP

The REST API and MCP read scores, issues, search data, keywords and backlinks.

Developer access in Settings: each key with the website it covers, what it can do and when it was last used
What it does not do

Client reports carry your logo, name and colour, with a small “Powered by MonoRanks” line; the app itself is not white-labelled. Scores are MonoRanks’ own checks, never Google’s. Without Search Console, a report says that search data is missing instead of showing zero.

Questions about reports

When does the weekly email go out?

Every Monday at 08:00 in your workspace’s time zone. You can have more than one: one for all your websites, and others for some clients or websites, each to the people you pick. Set them up in Settings → Reports and emails.

Who can get the weekly email?

People in your workspace. Each person sees only the websites they can open. A client’s contact does not need an account: switch on their weekly email and monthly PDF in Settings → Reports and emails, under Client reports.

How do I stop an email I get?

Open Profile → My emails. It shows only what comes to your own inbox: each weekly email has a Stop button, and alerts and product tips have their own switches. Every email also has an unsubscribe link.

What is in the monthly PDF for a client?

Last month for each of the client’s websites: scores, search clicks and impressions, AI answers, tracked keywords, verified fixes and what to do next. It comes attached to the email, with a link to it as well.

In which languages are reports sent?

English, German, Spanish and Persian. Your weekly email uses your language; each client’s reports use the language you pick for that client.

What happens in a quiet week?

Each part of the email shows up only when it has something new, so a quiet week gets a short email. Websites with nothing new fold into one line.

Can I build my own reports?

Yes. Download PDF or CSV files from Reports, or read the data through the REST API and the MCP server, for example from a spreadsheet, a dashboard or your AI assistant.
