AI crawlers, one choice per bot
Every answer bot and training bot: what it is used for, what your robots.txt says today, and your choice. On WordPress, your choice is written into the virtual robots.txt for you; on other sites you get the exact lines to add. Google Search is never affected by any of it.
llms.txt, detected and generated
We check whether the site publishes one, draft it from the site’s own pages and sections, and publish it through the connector. Answer bots that look for it find a short, honest map of the site.

For every tracked keyword: is there an AI Overview, and does it cite you? Daily, next to the position, so you see the day it appears and the day it stops citing you.

Organization schema with sameAs links, a consistent name, address and phone, an About page that says who you are. The things an AI uses to be sure it is talking about you.
What it is not
GEO readiness is settings and observations. It never enters the health score, and it never promises that an AI will mention you. It shows you what is true this week.
Questions about GEO readiness
Should I block training bots?
That is a choice, not an SEO rule. Blocking GPTBot or ClaudeBot keeps your text out of future training data; it does not remove you from answers, which come from the answer bots. MonoRanks shows both kinds and leaves the choice to you.
Does any of this affect Google Search?
No. Google-Extended controls Gemini training and grounding only. Googlebot is not on this list and MonoRanks never touches it.
Where do the AI visit numbers come from?
From your own GA4 property, read-only, grouped by the referring source. If GA4 is not connected the card says so.
What if my site is not on WordPress?
You get the same checks and the exact robots.txt lines and llms.txt file to add yourself.
How is this different from AI mentions?
AI mentions asks the models questions and records whether they name you. GEO readiness is about access and signals: can they read you, do they know who you are, do they send anyone.
